"At some point of time all the assumptions that were noted during requirement elicitation should be reconfirmed/converted into clear statements/ specifications before its too late to incorporate changes in the Project".


Example -
- Assumption noted - Application is likely to be accessed only by Chrome users and we will review after couple of months.
- Review after 1 year - Just little late but lets support all the browsers now.


I bet many functionalities would now start breaking :)

Recommendation - Limit number of assumptions and review them in every key meetings until there are no assumptions :)
