Few Best Practices/Ethics to be followed during Client Demo

Just sharing from my experiences hoping it will be beneficial to many

1. Join in 5 minutes before the guests

2. Greet/Introduce new faces in the meeting

3. State/Display the Agenda for the meeting before you start the Demo

4. Structure the flow of functionality. Do not jump here and there - Tick items done

5. Pause and Listen patiently incase Client has something to say

6. Avoid showing other internal chat windows, key credentials, sensitive information etc.

7. Avoid rotating/moving in circles the mouse pointer a lot !!!. Few get giddiness or might lose their focus

8. Continuously assess if the audiences are still engaged/following you.

9. Do not rush to complete it soon :)

10. Take generic feedback at the end
