 "BA should always think on the lines of friction-less customer experience. You need to see things getting developed or built perfectly".

Example –
If the specification says the drone should be able to reach 50 feet above the ground, you can’t handover a drone to Customer which just flies upto 49 feet and then say “It’s only 1 feet difference not a big deal” :)

There is huge difference between “Ok” and “Wow”!!!
